The air or gas flows parallel to the impeller axis in our Axial Flow Fans. Our Axial Flow Fans is especially designed to cover a wide range of air quantities and pressures; hence it is ideal for common ventilation plants and particular industrial installations. Our Axial Flow Fans have cast aluminum alloy impellers. It has highly efficient aerofoil section blades that are designed to for creating a relation between air quantity, pressure and power consumption.
- It is a low and medium pressure fan.
- On the motor shaft or on an extended shaft, the impeller is mounted in a wall frame or casing.
- It is prepared with foot-mounted induction motor totally enclosed
- It is ideal for 400/440V 3 phase 50 cycles AC supply
- The dimension and print will differ if the motor is changed

- Used for blowing extremely hot air or gas
- The fan motor is mounted outside the air current
- The wall frame is having a streamlined inlet
- To one end of the shaft, an impeller is attached, which is supported by two ban bearings in a common housing
- The bracket fitted supports the common housing, to the wall frame
- To the other free end of the shaft, a coupling or pulley can be attached

- The fan shaft and its bearings are mounted in a bearing housing
- The bearing housing is fastened by three support arms to the surrounding casing.
- It has the casing of MS sheet.
- It is also capable of manufacturing aluminum sheet, if desired.
- It has flat iron flanges and a large inspection door.
- The motor is placed in a housing outside the casing
- The impeller is driven by means of V-Belts from the housing outside the casing.
- The belts move inside one of the support arms
- The belts are protected from contact with air or gas in the duct
- The inspection door is large
- The V-Belts is facilitated by the construction of the bearing housing

- Suitable for mounting on roofs or in ducts
- All-welded sheet steel construction with flat iron flanges’ casting is done
- We can take out the fan if it is necessary, hence the installation should be planned during the mounting of in ducts
- To avoid water leakage, the Duct for roof extractor is provided with a special hood
